In the coming weeks, Commsworld will enter a period of change freeze to protect our network and therefore our customers from outages, and to ensure service remains robust and available.
The change freeze will be in place between 17th December 2021 – 4th January 2022 and will apply to any core network upgrades and changes.
During the above period, emergency changes will be prioritised according to their operational risk with the priority given to resolving any major incidents.
